Emmanuel Mudiay 17 Points/8 Assists Full Highlights (11/22/2015)

This highlight video goes against my general policy of "player in question ought to have actually had a good game". Granted, I go against that policy almost every night, so it's more of a loose guideline than anything.

Anyway, 6 of 21 shooting automatically disqualifies any game from "good" status, unless the other stats are out of this world. 8 assists versus 3 turnovers is truthfully quite nice for Emmanuel Mudiay, and he did have a nice ankle-breaker-that-was-partly-a-trip on the reigning MVP, but damn, do you have to take so many shots? It's like those games Michael Carter-Williams has every so often where I just yell constantly at the screen for him to stop shooting and he never does and it's horrible.

Then again, MCW won Rookie of the Year while doing similar things to what Mudiay is doing right now, so maybe Mudiay is on to something here. Put up numbers at all costs, realizing that the people who vote for the award literally only look at points, rebounds, and assists.
